I have had sessions with Helen so far due to significant pain in my shoulders, neck and back. She has been amazing. She just gets what is needed for me and the results have made such a difference to me. I really appreciate the time she takes to take a detailed history, what I am hoping to get from the treatment and tailor the massage. Highly recommended.
