Snap Fitness Tiverton Reopens - Win a Free 60-Minute Treatment with ExeActive

Snap Fitness Tiverton
Great news for Tiverton’s gym-goers: Snap Fitness Tiverton reopens on Tuesday 20 October, with an open day on Saturday 24 October – a perfect chance to look around if you’re thinking of joining. I’ll be at the open day from 10am to 2pm, so come and say hello. If you’re heading back to training, or starting fresh, now is a good time to think about looking after your body as well as working it.
Win a free 60-minute treatment
To celebrate the reopening, I’m giving away a free 60-minute treatment at ExeActive. To enter, come and see me at Snap Fitness Tiverton on the open day, Saturday 24 October, between 10am and 2pm. The winner will be drawn at the end of October.
Why massage and training go together
Training puts your body under stress – that’s how it gets stronger. But recovery is where the progress actually happens, and that’s where massage comes in. Regular sports massage can help with:
Easing tight, sore muscles after hard sessions
Keeping you moving well, so your technique stays good and you can train consistently
Spotting niggles early, before they turn into injuries that stop you training
Supporting recovery after an injury, alongside a sensible return to exercise
Helping you switch off – rest and relaxation are part of recovery too
Training and massage work best as a team: one builds you up, the other keeps you in good shape to keep going throught the Winter months.

Back to the gym after a break?
If you’ve had time away from training, ease back in gradually. It’s common to feel stiff or sore in the first few weeks. If something doesn’t settle, or an old injury flares up, get it looked at sooner rather than later.
